Contour Light® is a light emitting diode (LED) system specifically designed to contour the body by losing inches in circumference off specific body areas (waist, hips, thighs, arms, neck) without any pain, downtime, needles or surgery. Contour Light® is composed of 4 extra-large body light pads that are placed directly on the fatty areas that are resistant to diet and exercise, two arm light pads and a face light pad.     TERMS AND CONDITIONS

    1. Membership Term: This agreement begins on the date of signing and continues on a month-to-month basis until terminated per the cancellation policy.
    2. Billing Cycle: Your credit card will be automatically billed on the same day each month as your initial signup date.
    3. Service Selection: Members must select their monthly services by contacting the front desk at the beginning of each month. Monthly services do not roll over to the following month if unused.
    4. Discounted Packages: When a discount is selected as one of your monthly options, you may purchase a package or service at the discounted rate. You must complete the current package before purchasing another discounted package of the same type.
    5. Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your membership at any time by providing 30 days’ written notice to info@apclinic.net. Membership benefits will continue through the end of the paid billing period.
    6. Changes to Membership: Advanced Practice Clinic reserves the right to modify membership benefits, pricing, or terms with 30 days’ written notice to members.
    7. Credit Card Authorization: By signing this agreement, you authorize Advanced Practice Clinic to charge the credit card provided for your monthly membership fee and any additional services purchased and agree to keep card on file current.

    You can select your services at the beginning of each month. Contact our front desk to make your selections and schedule your appointments.

    Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your membership with advance notice. Please contact our front desk for details.

    Monthly services do not roll over to the next month. We recommend scheduling your appointments early to ensure you receive all your membership benefits.
